Lady Startup is operated by Mamamia.com.au Pty Ltd (collectively, “us”, “we”, or “MWN”).
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of this website (“LSU Website”), subscription to the Lady Startup Activation Plan (“LSU Activation Plan”), subscription to the Lady Startup Idea Kickstarter Course (“LSU Idea Kickstarter Course”), the LSU closed Facebook group (“LSU Facebook Group”), or other online or in-person courses, platforms, channels, forums or events. The LSU Activation Plan, the LSU Idea Kickstarter Course and any associated Lady Startup courses are collectively referred to as “LSU Courses.”
Altogether, we refer to the LSU Website, LSU Courses, the LSU Facebook Group, and any associated online or in-person platforms, channels, forums or events as the “LSU Network”.

By accessing, using and/or signing up to the LSU Network, you acknowledge that you have understood these Terms and Conditions and you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions you should not access, use or sign up to the LSU Network.
You must be at least eighteen years old to sign up to the LSU Network. You must refrain from accessing the LSU Network if you are not eighteen or older unless you contact us first at the email above.
If these Terms and Conditions are updated or modified by us, at our sole discretion, we will notify you either on the LSU Website, via email or on the LSU Facebook Group, and you will be responsible for deciding whether to maintain your membership with LSU Courses and to continue accessing or using the LSU Network.
